Diliman was born in Kirkuk and along with his family spent seven years at a refugee camp in Syria following the first Gulf War. Diliman comes from a foreign policy, national security background where he was previously director of the Kurdistan Project at a D.C. policy shop. He invested his time on Capitol Hill, educating lawmakers and staffers on the plight of the Kurds. Diliman received his MA at the American University in Washington, D.C. in International Peace and Conflict Resolution.
Tyler is President of Allegiance Strategies, a D.C.-based public affairs consulting firm focused on helping clients achieve a freer, safer, and stronger world. Tyler oversees conservative and Republican engagement on a range of issues on behalf of several non-profit organizations, and he serves as the Senior Advisor to several Allegiance clients. Tyler has worked on bipartisan issue advocacy campaigns in the areas of LGBTQ freedom, healthcare, immigration, criminal justice, transportation, and education.

Nathan is a partner and Executive Vice President of Allegiance Strategies. He oversees operations, compliance, and finance for Allegiance and several clients. Nathan is a native of Kentucky and graduated from Transylvania University with a degree in political science. He has served as a political appointee in the office of former Kentucky Secretary of State Trey Grayson and has worked as a Republican field operative, including work for the College Republican National Committee and the Republican Parties of Arkansas, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.
Before moving to Washington, D.C., Tiffany was a civil litigator specializing in catastrophic injury and products liability. Tiffany obtained her B.A. in History and Political Science from Wellesley, J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law, and LL.M. in National Security & Foreign Relations Law from George Washington University Law School. She is currently barred in California, California State Bar Number 288974. Tiffany spent three years working at the House of Representatives handling national security and foreign affairs.
